Does your jaw sometimes ache, click, or feel stiff? That might be a TMJ problem. TMJ is the joint that moves your jaw. It helps you chew, talk, and yawn.
Don’t worry! There are easy ways to keep your healthy jaw.
1️⃣ Learn About Your TMJ 🧠
TMJ = temporomandibular joint.
It connects your jaw to your skull.
Sometimes your jaw can hurt because of:
- Grinding teeth at night 😬
- Clenching your jaw
- Feeling stressed 😰
- Getting hurt in your jaw

2️⃣ Easy Healthy Jaw Exercises 🏋️♂️
- Open and close slowly: 5–10 times.
- Move side to side: Left and right gently.
- Relax your jaw: Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and let your jaw hang loose.
These exercises can make your jaw less stiff and less sore.
3️⃣ Avoid Jaw Stress 🚫
- Don’t chew gum too much if u want a healthy jaw
- Don’t bite nails or pencils ✏️
- Relax your jaw when it feels tight
